More revenue on less spend: the efficiency-led rebuild that took ROAS from 1.51x to 2.73x
Strong demand—held back by inefficient spend allocation
This Florida real estate school had the market and the budget, but growth was being capped by inefficiencies across channels. Paid search structure wasn’t built to scale cleanly, low-AOV campaigns were soaking up spend, and paid social wasn’t fully leveraged to expand demand profitably. The goal was simple: rebuild the acquisition engine to drive efficient scale—not just higher spend.

Efficiency-first rebuild across search + paid social to unlock profitable scale
This Florida real estate school had strong demand, but performance was capped by inefficient spend allocation and fragmented channel execution. We rebuilt Google Ads and Bing from the ground up to optimise for efficiency and scale—cleaning up structure, tightening intent, and aligning optimisation to revenue outcomes. In parallel, we expanded paid social using content creators and partnership-style posts to increase volume without sacrificing efficiency. Finally, we pulled budget away from low-AOV campaigns and redeployed it into higher-return opportunities across channels. The result: more revenue on less spend, pushing ROAS from 1.51x → 2.73x and growing revenue by +$1.21M YoY.
